01 Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Techaton AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Accounts

You need an account to use Techaton AI, created with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

03 Plans, trials & billing

Techaton AI offers Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans as described on our Pricing page.

• The Basic plan includes a 7-day free trial. A valid card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• If not cancelled, your card will be charged the applicable plan price at the end of the trial, and billing will continue on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly from the point of signup unless otherwise agreed.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account.

04 Store connection & data

When you connect your WooCommerce store, you grant Techaton AI permission to access product, order, and policy data solely to provide the assistant service to your store. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this data with us.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Techaton AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Use the assistant to mislead customers, including false stock, pricing, or policy claims.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

06 Service availability

We aim to keep Techaton AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability. Enterprise plans include an uptime and response SLA as described separately.

07 Intellectual property

Techaton AI, including its software, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store data and content you upload.

08 Limitation of liability

Techaton AI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in assistant responses that lead to a lost sale or customer dispute.

09 Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Techaton AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
